Key Responsibilities
In-House Recruitment
1. Manage end-to-end recruitment for internal positions, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews
2. Post job openings on relevant platforms and conduct preliminary HR rounds
3. Maintain and regularly update applicant and employee databases
Employee Engagement & HR Operations
1. Plan and support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication
2. Assist in managing performance appraisals, feedback sessions, and evaluations
3. Handle employee grievances professionally and maintain a healthy work environment
4. Track and maintain daily attendance records and HR documentation
HR Administration & Client Coordination
1. Draft and send formal correspondence to clients and internal teams
2. Support overseas client coordination where applicable, especially for documentation or hiring updates
3. Ensure HR activities are aligned with company policies and maintain confidentiality of information
4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth office administration and support
