We are looking for a Front Office Executive cum Admin to manage reception duties and support office administration.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, handle calls/emails/couriers
Maintain front office area and visitor records
Coordinate meeting room bookings
Support daily admin tasks, vendor coordination, office supplies
Assist HR/Admin activities (onboarding, attendance, ID cards)
Handle travel bookings and logistics
Candidate Profile:
Experience: 1–3 years in Front Office/Admin
Education: Graduate (B.A., B.Com, BBA, etc.)
Skills: MS Office, communication in English & Hindi
