Filed Recruiter

We are looking for a motivated Field Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment activities, primarily involving field-level hiring. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting initial screening, coordinating interviews, and supporting candidates throughout the joining process.

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through field visits, job portals, references, social media, and local networks.

Conduct candidate sourcing and initial screening based on job requirements.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and the hiring team.

Explain job roles, responsibilities, salary, incentives, and company policies to candidates.

Maintain a database of candidates and regularly update recruitment trackers.

Follow up with selected candidates until joining.

Conduct market visits and build a strong local candidate network.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets.

Maintain proper documentation and candidate records.

Coordinate with HR and operations teams for onboarding and joining formalities.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Prepare and share regular recruitment reports with the reporting manager.

Required Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong candidate sourcing and follow-up skills.

Ability to work independently and achieve recruitment targets.

Good knowledge of local areas and candidate markets.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment portals.

Good negotiation and convincing skills.

Willingness to travel for field recruitment activities.
