Field recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Visit targeted zones, market clusters, and DP hotspots daily to recruit delivery partners for EV bike rentals.

• Pitch the EV bike offering, explain rental plans, benefits, and onboarding requirements.

• Support DPs through the documentation, onboarding, and KYC process.

• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth bike handover and deployment.

• Maintain daily recruitment MIS: areas covered, leads generated, DPs onboarded, and deployments completed.

• Understand ground challenges and share feedback to improve recruitment and deployment strategies.

• Build relationships with DPs, fleet-demand partners, and local points of contact.

Requirements

• Prior experience in field sales / DP onboarding / rider acquisition (Zomato, Swiggy, Blinkit, Rapido, Ola, Uber, logistics preferred).

• Strong communication and pitching skills.

• Comfortable working on-ground, covering multiple areas daily.

• Smartphone usage, Google Maps, and basic data entry skills.

• Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively.
