We are looking for energetic, target-oriented Field Recruiters who enjoy meeting people, building candidate networks and achieving hiring targets.

Areas: Kamothe | Seawoods | Belapur | Airoli & nearby locations

💰 SALARY & INCENTIVES

Fixed In-Hand: ₹16,000/month

Performance Incentive: Up to ₹10,000/month

💵 Total Earning Potential: ₹26,000/month

Successful Joinings Incentive

1–10 ₹100 / joining

11–20 ₹150 / joining

21–30 ₹200 / joining

31–40 ₹250 / joining

41–50 ₹300 / joining

50 Joinings ₹10,000 Incentive

Target: Minimum 50 successful & retained joinings/month

Daily Milestone: Approximately 2 successful joinings/day

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Source candidates through field visits, referrals, local networks, job portals and recruitment drives

• Conduct candidate screening and explain job roles, salary and benefits

• Coordinate interviews and joining formalities

• Ensure selected candidates report to the assigned store

• Follow up with candidates after joining to ensure retention

PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS

Daily

• Candidate sourcing & screening

• Candidate follow-ups

• Approximately 2 successful joinings

Monthly

• 50 successful & retained joinings

• Maintain a healthy candidate pipeline

• Ensure quality and timely hiring

🔐 RETENTION-BASED INCENTIVE

For incentive purposes, a joining will be considered successful only when the candidate completes the required joining process and remains active for the defined retention period.

This ensures that quality hiring matters as much as quantity.
