We are hiring a Field Recruiter to handle on-ground hiring activities.

🔹 Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through field visits & local networks

• Conduct initial screening/interviews

• Coordinate walk-in drives and bulk hiring

• Maintain candidate data & follow up for joining

• Meet hiring targets

🔹 Requirements:

• Good communication skills

• Willing to travel within the city

• Basic MS Office knowledge

• Experience in recruitment preferred (Freshers can apply)
