Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through field visits, job fairs, walk-in drives, campus recruitment, and local community outreach.

• Screen candidates and conduct preliminary interviews.

• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements.

• Schedule interviews and ensure smooth recruitment processes.

• Build and maintain relationships with colleges, training institutes, and community organizations.

• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.

• Promote employer branding during recruitment campaigns and events.

• Collect and verify candidate documents as required.

• Update recruitment databases and prepare hiring reports.

• Achieve recruitment targets within specified timelines.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience (field recruitment experience preferred).

• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills may also be considered for entry-level roles.

• Strong interpersonal and networking skills.

• Ability to assess candidate suitability.

• Good organizational and time management skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software/ATS.

• Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets.

• Willingness to travel extensively.
