Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and energetic Field Recruiter to support end-to-end recruitment activities by sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates directly from the field. The role involves visiting campuses, job fairs, local communities, and partner locations to attract talent, especially for high-volume or frontline roles.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct field recruitment drives (campuses, job fairs, walk-ins, local sourcing)
Source candidates through offline channels and community networks
Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate with hiring managers for requirements and selection process
Manage bulk hiring for entry-level / blue-collar / frontline roles
Maintain candidate pipeline and database
Ensure proper documentation and onboarding support
Build relationships with local institutes, NGOs, and training centers
Travel within assigned regions for recruitment activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
0–3 years of experience in recruitment (field hiring preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a target-driven, high-volume hiring environment
Willingness to travel frequently
Basic knowledge of recruitment tools and MS Office
