Retail Talent Scout / Field Recruitment Executive Location: Bangalore Reporting to: HR Manager Employment Type: Full-time Role Summary The Retail Talent Scout will be responsible for on-ground hiring support by visiting retail stores, identifying suitable talent, building relationships with store teams, and generating quality candidate references for Aramya’s retail roles. This is a field-intensive role requiring strong people skills, street-smart hiring sense, and persistence. Key Responsibilities Talent Sourcing (On-ground) ● Visit multi-brand outlets, malls, high-street stores, and competitor stores to identify potential candidates. ● Engage discreetly with retail staff to pitch Aramya as an employer brand. ● Generate direct walk-in candidates and employee references for roles like: ○ Sales Executive ○ Senior Sales Executive ○ Store Supervisor / Manager ● Identify high-performing staff and convince them to attend interviews.Reference & Network Building ● Build strong relationships with store teams to continuously receive referrals. ● Maintain contact with past candidates, ex-employees, and industry contacts. ● Push internal employee referral programs by coordinating with store managers. Hiring Support ● Conduct basic first-level screening (interest, availability, salary expectations). ● Share shortlisted profiles with TA / HR team. ● Coordinate interviews and follow-ups to ensure candidate closure. ● Track conversion ratios (approached → interviewed → joined).Skills & Competencies ● Strong communication and persuasion skills ● Street-smart, confident, and presentable ● Comfortable with fieldwork and daily store visits ● Ability to build rapport quickly ● Basic understanding of retail roles and operations ● Organized with follow-ups and tracking Qualifications & Experience ● 1–3 years of experience in: ○ Retail recruitment ○ Field hiring ○ Retail operations with hiring exposure ● Background in fashion / lifestyle / FMCG retail preferred ● Graduation preferred (not mandatory) Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) ● Number of store visits per week ● Number of candidate leads generated ● Interview-to-joining conversion rate ● Time to close open positions ● Quality of hires (retention after 90 days)
