Job Responsibilities:

• Source candidates for Picker, Packer & Warehouse positions through field visits, local sourcing, job portals, referrals and social media.

• Conduct bulk hiring drives and walk-in interviews.

• Screen candidates and coordinate their interview and joining process.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets.

• Build and maintain a strong local candidate pipeline.

• Coordinate with candidates regarding documentation and joining.

• Maintain daily recruitment trackers and hiring MIS in Excel.

• Follow up with selected candidates until they join and complete onboarding.

• Coordinate with the operations team regarding manpower requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months experience in recruitment/field hiring preferred.

• Experience in blue-collar, warehouse, logistics, Picker-Packer or bulk hiring will be an advantage.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Knowledge of the local area and ability to source candidates locally.

• Basic knowledge of Excel and recruitment portals.

• Comfortable with field visits and target-based recruitment.

• Graduate/12th pass candidates with relevant experience can be considered.
