Job Summary

Swiggy is looking for dynamic and energetic Field Recruiters to join our growing team. This role involves hiring delivery executives/riders through field sourcing, conducting local outreach, and ensuring onboarding targets are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities

Hire delivery executives/riders in assigned areas
Conduct field visits to generate leads and build a candidate pipeline
Explain job roles and assist candidates with the onboarding process
Meet daily recruitment targets and maintain reporting
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth hiring operations

Eligibility Criteria

Experience: 0–5 years (Freshers welcome)
Education: 10th / 12th / Any Graduate
Good communication skills and fluency in local language
Strong knowledge of local areas
Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license

Salary & Benefits

Fixed Salary: Up to ₹25,000/month
Allowances: Up to ₹2,600 (Petrol + Mobile reimbursement)
Performance Incentives: Attractive, based on hiring targets
