Job Title: Filed HR Recruiter – Reliance Cooler (Feet on Street)Location: On-field (Multiple Locations)Role Overview:

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Audit Team Lead to manage and guide our Feet on Street audit team for Reliance Cooler operations. The ideal candidate should have strong team-handling skills, on-field audit experience, and the ability to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise the on-field audit team for cooler audits.

Assign daily tasks, audit locations, and monitor field activities.

Ensure correct data collection, cooler condition checks, and verification reports from all field executives.

Conduct spot audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Train and motivate field auditors to maintain high performance and quality.

Coordinate with the operations team for audit updates and daily reporting.

Prepare and share daily/weekly audit reports.

Handle escalations, follow-ups, and ensure closure of pending audit tasks.

Maintain field discipline, attendance, and productivity of the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in field audit / FMCG / retail audits.

Experience in handling Feet on Street (FOS) teams preferred.

Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

Good knowledge of cooler placement audits and store-level verification.

Ability to travel extensively for field activities.

Basic Excel and report preparation skills.

Problem-solving attitude with on-ground execution capability.
