Job Title: Field Recruiter cum Supervisor

Location: Roha

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience: 1–5 years (Field recruitment or site supervision preferred)

Job Responsibilities:

Recruitment (Field Hiring):

Identify and source candidates through field visits, local references, job fairs, ITIs, and walk-ins
Conduct initial screening and trade verification (Electrician, Fitter, Welder, Operator, etc.)
Coordinate interviews and trade tests with clients
Maintain candidate documentation (Aadhaar, PAN, Bank, ESIC, PF, certificates)
Ensure joining formalities and deployment at site

Supervision & Site Coordination:

Supervise deployed manpower at client/site location
Monitor attendance, discipline, and productivity
Resolve day-to-day worker issues (leave, absenteeism, grievances)
Coordinate with HR/Admin for salary, PF, ESIC, and compliance
Ensure safety rules and company policies are followed at site
