Job Role: Field Recruiter (Blue-Collar Hiring)

Job Description:

Snabbit is hiring Field Recruiters who will be responsible for on-ground hiring of blue-collar workers. This is a field-based role involving sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates from local areas. Training will be provided by Snabbit.

Key Responsibilities:

On-ground recruitment of blue-collar candidates
Visiting local areas, societies, markets, labor points, etc.
Explaining job roles and convincing candidates to join
Coordinating interviews, documentation, and onboarding
Meeting daily/weekly hiring targets
Maintaining basic hiring data and follow-ups

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th / Any graduate
Freshers & experienced candidates can apply
Good communication skills
Willingness to do field work
Local area knowledge is a plus
