JewelsHire, a distinguished leader in the realm of jewellery industry recruitment, extends its invitation for an exciting position located in Andheri East, Mumbai
Key Responsibilities :
Source blue-collar candidates (Skilled Workers) through field visits, local references, job markets and other local networks.
Visit different locations to identify and connect with potential candidates.
Conduct initial screening and explain the job role, salary, working hours, location and other employment terms.
Coordinate candidate interviews with the concerned team/client.
Follow up with selected candidates and ensure they report for joining.
Build and maintain a strong local candidate network and database.
Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly recruitment work.
Coordinate with the recruitment team to fulfil urgent and bulk manpower requirements.
Candidate Profile :
0–3 years of experience in recruitment, field recruitment, manpower hiring or a similar role.
Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to work in the field can also be considered.
Comfortable with field travel.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Should be energetic, proactive and target-oriented.
Ability to interact confidently with workers and candidates from different backgrounds.
Knowledge of the local area and candidate network will be an advantage.
Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and mobile applications.
Two-wheeler preferred.
