✅ Conduct field recruitment activities in assigned areas
✅ Source blue-collar candidates through local references, job fairs & placement drives
✅ Visit industrial areas, labour hubs & client locations for manpower sourcing
✅ Screen & shortlist candidates according to client requirements
✅ Conduct initial interviews and coordinate the selection process
✅ Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records
✅ Ensure timely joining and smooth onboarding of selected candidates
✅ Coordinate with clients and operations teams for manpower requirements
✅ Follow up for documentation and joining formalities
✅ Achieve recruitment targets within given timelines
🎯 ELIGIBILITY & SKILLS
✔️ 6 Months – 2 Years of experience in Recruitment / Field Sourcing
✔️ Good communication & interpersonal skills
✔️ Willingness to travel extensively for recruitment activities 🚶♂️
✔️ Basic knowledge of MS Excel & recruitment documentation
✔️ Target-oriented with a positive attitude
✔️ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
