About the Role
We are looking for a Field Recruiter to drive end-to-end hiring of domestic help professionals by sourcing candidates through field visits, local networks, referrals, and community outreach.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates through field visits, referrals, local networks, and other channels.

• Conduct initial screening and assess candidates against role requirements.

• Coordinate candidate documentation, verification, and onboarding.

• Build strong local candidate networks and maintain a healthy hiring pipeline.

• Coordinate with the operations and onboarding teams for smooth joining.

• Track recruitment numbers, conversions, and daily hiring activities.

What We’re Looking For

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable with extensive field work and local travel.

• Strong candidate-handling and relationship-building skills.

• Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in frontline/blue-collar hiring is preferred.
