Job Description: Field Recruiter – Migrant Hiring Expert Job descriptionWe are looking for a Field Recruiter with proven expertise in bulk migrant hiring who is comfortable working on the ground and managing end-to-end recruitment activities.Key Responsibilities:Handle bulk hiring of migrant workers as per client requirementsConduct field sourcing at labor addas, villages, hubs, and referral pointsCoordinate with contractors, vendors, and local contacts for manpower mobilizationScreen candidates and ensure proper documentation & onboardingManage joining, attendance, and initial retention of hired candidatesAct as a single point of contact between candidates and the clientMeet daily/weekly hiring targetsRequirements:Minimum 1–3 years experience in migrant or bulk hiringStrong field recruitment exposure (ground-level hiring mandatory)Good communication and coordination skillsWillingness to travel and work on-fieldKnowledge of onboarding process and basic compliance is a plusJob Details:📍 Location: Isnapur, Hyderabad🏢 Client: Work exclusively for a single client💰 Salary: As per market standards🎯 Joining: ImmediateIf you or someone in your network fits this role, please get in touch.
