About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic and resourceful Field Recruiter to join our team in Mumbai. The role involves driving end-to-end recruitment efforts for on-ground and frontline positions, ensuring a strong talent pipeline that supports smooth business operations. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and onboarding candidates from diverse backgrounds — both online and in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end hiring for blue-collar and frontline roles across Mumbai.

• Conduct field drives, local tie-ups, and walk-in interviews to meet hiring targets.

• Build and maintain relationships with training institutes, local agencies, and job centers for a steady candidate inflow.

• Screen, shortlist, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements.

• Coordinate interviews, documentation, and onboarding in collaboration with HR operations.

• Maintain recruitment dashboards and ensure timely reporting of hiring status.

• Represent the organization professionally and uphold the employer brand in the field.
