Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Field HR professional who has a proven track record in hiring delivery boys directly from the field. The ideal candidate should have strong networking abilities, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience in bulk hiring for delivery operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and recruit delivery boys through field hiring, local networks, and tie-ups.
Conduct field visits to attract, onboard, and engage candidates.
Manage complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to joining.
Build and maintain strong local vendor/partner networks for smooth hiring.
Ensure timely onboarding and documentation of delivery executives.
Achieve hiring targets as per business requirements.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-5 years of experience in field hiring (preferably in logistics/last-mile delivery).
Strong knowledge of local hiring practices and field recruitment strategies.
Ability to work independently and deliver results under pressure.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
