Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Manpower Hiring Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment of blue-collar and frontline staff. The role involves sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating joining formalities, and ensuring timely fulfillment of manpower requirements across multiple client locations.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, field recruitment, consultants, references, and social media.
Conduct initial screening and interviews.
Coordinate interviews with operations teams.
Ensure timely closure of manpower requirements.
Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
Coordinate documentation, background verification, and onboarding.
Follow up with selected candidates until they join.
Maintain recruitment trackers and daily hiring reports.
Work closely with operations teams to understand manpower requirements.
