Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Field Recruiter who will be responsible for sourcing and hiring candidates directly from the field. The role involves visiting industrial areas, training institutes, and job locations to attract and screen suitable candidates for various client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field recruitment drives at industrial areas, ITI colleges, job fairs, and local markets.

• Source candidates for blue-collar and entry-level positions.

• Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews.

• Maintain a database of candidates and follow up with them regularly.

• Coordinate with the internal recruitment team and clients regarding requirements.

• Arrange and support walk-in interviews and hiring drives.

• Ensure candidates complete documentation and onboarding process.

• Travel to client locations and nearby areas to generate candidate leads.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Any Graduate / Diploma

• Experience: 0 – 2 Years in Recruitment / Field Hiring (Freshers can also apply)

• Skills Required:

  • Good communication skills

  • Basic computer knowledge

  • Ability to work in field and meet hiring targets

  • Strong networking skills
