Job Description – Field HR Recruiter

Position: Field HR Recruiter

Job Summary

We are looking for a Field HR Recruiter who will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and mobilizing candidates through field activities, local networks, job fairs, and other recruitment channels. The ideal candidate should be target-oriented and comfortable with extensive fieldwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through field visits, local references, job fairs, walk-ins, and recruitment drives.

• Handle bulk and blue-collar hiring requirements.

• Screen candidates based on job requirements and eligibility criteria.

• Conduct initial candidate interactions and coordinate interviews.

• Build and maintain a strong local candidate network.

• Visit colleges, communities, local areas, and other relevant locations for candidate sourcing.

• Follow up with candidates regularly until joining.

• Coordinate with internal teams and clients regarding recruitment requirements.

• Maintain daily recruitment trackers and provide regular productivity updates.

• Achieve daily and weekly recruitment targets.

• Support candidates throughout the selection and onboarding process.

Requirements

• Any Graduate / PGDM HR preferred.

• Freshers can apply; experience in recruitment will be an added advantage.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong candidate-handling and follow-up skills.

• Willingness to travel extensively for field recruitment activities.

• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred/mandatory as per business requirement.

• Comfortable working with recruitment targets.

Compensation

• Freshers: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

• Experienced Candidates: Salary based on last drawn salary and experience
