🔹 Key Responsibilities

Conduct field hiring by visiting local areas, transport hubs, driver stands, and nearby locations
Source and approach drivers directly and explain job opportunities
Perform basic screening (driving license, experience, availability)
Clearly explain salary, incentives, routes, and work details to candidates
Handle bulk hiring and meet daily/weekly hiring targets
Organize and manage walk-in interviews or local hiring drives
Collect and verify documents (Driving License, Aadhaar, bank details, etc.)
Ensure candidate follow-up and joining
Maintain daily hiring reports and updates
Work on reducing no-shows and drop-offs
