Job Title: Field Recruiter – Delivery Rider Hiring

Location: Rajaji Nagar
Experience: Minimum 6 month to 3 Year

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Field Recruiter to manage bulk hiring and onboarding of delivery riders across assigned locations. The role involves leading field recruitment efforts, managing rider teams, and ensuring smooth onboarding and activation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of field recruiters / rider coordinators

• Plan and execute bulk hiring drives through field visits, job camps, walk-ins, and referrals

• Allocate daily hiring targets and ensure timely achievement

• Conduct on-ground sourcing activities to attract delivery riders

• Provide guidance, training, and performance support to the team

• Manage end-to-end onboarding process including document collection and verification

• Verify rider documents such as Aadhaar, Driving License, RC, and bank details

• Ensure quick rider activation post onboarding

• Maintain daily hiring reports and track recruitment metrics

• Engage with riders to ensure smooth onboarding experience and reduce early dropouts
  

Skills & Competencies

• Minimum 1 year of experience in field recruitment (delivery rider hiring preferred)

• Fluency in Kannada (Mandatory)

• Strong team handling and communication skills

• Target-driven with a result-oriented mindset

• Willingness to work extensively in the field

• Good local market knowledge
  

Preferred Background

• Experience in logistics, e-commerce, quick commerce, last-mile delivery, mobility, or gig economy platforms
