Field recruiter

Role Overview

The Field Recruiter will lead riders teams and ensure bulk hiring and onboarding of delivery riders across assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of riders.

• Execute bulk recruitment through field visits, drives, walk-ins, and referrals

• Allocate daily targets and ensure achievement

• Provide on-field guidance and performance support

• Ensure end-to-end rider onboarding and activation

• Verify rider documents (Aadhar, DL, RC, Bank details)

• Support rider engagement and reduce early dropouts

Skills & Competencies

• Minimum 1 year in field recruitment

• Strong team handling and communication skills

• Target-driven and result-oriented mindset

• Willingness to work extensively in the field

• Good local market knowledge

Preferred Background

Experience in logistics, e-commerce, quick commerce,  last-mile delivery, mobility, or gig economy platforms.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Rider onboarding numbers

• Team productivity and conversion ratio

• Rider activation and early retention

• Accuracy of onboarding documentation
