Job Description:
We are looking for motivated and confident Field Recruiters to identify, connect with, and shortlist suitable candidates for various job openings. The role involves field visits, candidate sourcing, direct communication, and coordination with the recruitment team.
Key Responsibilities:
Source potential candidates through field visits, networking, and direct interaction.
Identify and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
Explain job opportunities and collect candidate details and resumes.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with interested candidates.
Maintain candidate records and share recruitment updates with the team.
Build a strong network of potential candidates.
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in approaching and interacting with people.
Willingness to travel locally for field recruitment activities.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Previous experience in recruitment, sales, marketing, or fieldwork is an advantage.
