🎯 Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Field Recruiter who will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates through field visits, local networks, referrals, job drives, and other recruitment channels.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to source candidates from local markets, communities, and other locations.

• Source candidates through references, job portals, social media, walk-ins, and local networks.

• Handle bulk hiring for frontline/blue-collar positions.

• Screen candidates according to job requirements.

• Explain job profile, salary, working hours, location, and company policies.

• Coordinate interviews and joining formalities.

• Collect and verify required candidate documents.

• Follow up with selected candidates until successful joining.

• Maintain daily recruitment and joining reports.

• Coordinate with HR and Operations teams for manpower requirements.

• Build and maintain a strong local candidate database.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.

🎓 Eligibility

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.

• Freshers can apply; recruitment/field experience will be an advantage.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Comfortable with field work and local travel.

• Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and MS Excel/Google Sheets.

• Knowledge of Hindi is preferred; local language knowledge is an advantage.

🛵 Requirements

• Candidates should be comfortable travelling within the assigned area.

• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred/required as per field requirement.

• Should be energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
