🚀 Position: Field Recruiter – Delivery Partners / Bikers
📍 Location: Chittur-Thathamangalam, Kerala
💼 Experience: 1–4 Years
🎓 Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate Preferred
🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time | Field-Based
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
▪️ Source and recruit delivery partners/bikers through field visits, referrals, and local networks.
▪️ Manage rider onboarding, KYC, and documentation.
▪️ Ensure rider activation and deployment.
▪️ Maintain an adequate pool of active and backup riders.
▪️ Coordinate with Dark Store and Last Mile Operations teams.
▪️ Ensure rider availability during peak days, weekends, and festivals.
🔹 Candidate Requirements:
✅ Experience in Field Recruitment / Delivery Partner Hiring / Last-Mile Operations.
✅ Quick Commerce, E-commerce, Logistics, or Food Delivery experience preferred.
✅ Strong local market knowledge and rider sourcing network.
✅ Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and target-based hiring.
✅ Good communication and coordination skills.
