📋 Roles & Responsibilities

• High-Volume Sourcing & Onboarding: Onboard delivery partners, packers, loaders, and warehouse executives for assigned regional hubs. [1, 2]
  

• Mass Recruitment & Headhunting: Use field channels, local networks, cold calling, and community sourcing to maintain a consistent pipeline of hourly/contractual workers. [1, 2]
  

• Rostering & Hub Coordination: Ensure regional hubs maintain daily active staff targets (typically managing a roster of 60 to 80 active delivery personnel per hub) to ensure smooth load clearance. [1]
  

• Candidate Briefing: Explain job expectations, attendance rules, payout structures, incentives, and working conditions transparently to prospective field candidates. [1]
  

• Issue Resolution & Retention: Act as the primary HR contact on the ground to resolve salary payouts, application glitches, and general grievances for the field team. [1]
  

• Asset & Loss Management: Support hub operations in asset recovery, tracking runner turnarounds, and mitigation of delivery-side operational losses. [1]
  

🛠️ Job Requirements & Skills

• Education: Graduate degree or equivalent qualification.
  

• Experience: 1 to 3 years (up to 5 years in some regions) in field-based hiring, blue-collar recruitment, or staffing agencies.
  

• Mandatory Logistics: A personal two-wheeler and a valid driving license are mandatory due to extensive daily field travel requirements.
  

• Sourcing Skills: Proven expertise in cold calling, mass talent sourcing, local geography mapping, and basic computer/spreadsheet operations for tracking data.
  

• Communication: Strong local language proficiency to interface directly with ground-level staff.
  

💼 Compensation & Work Environment

• Salary Range: Typically ranges between ₹25,000 and ₹29,000 per month (approximately ₹2.4L to ₹3L per annum), though senior field roles scale up to ₹3.6L – ₹4L per annum based on region and experience data from platforms like AmbitionBox.
