Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Field Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and mobilizing candidates through field activities, local outreach, job fairs, and recruitment drives. The role requires frequent travel within assigned locations to build a strong candidate pipeline and fulfill hiring requirements. (LinkedIn)

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through field visits, local networks, references, and recruitment drives.

• Conduct initial screening and candidate interviews.

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Generate and maintain a strong candidate database.

• Visit colleges, training institutes, industrial areas, and job fairs for hiring activities.

• Ensure timely closure of open positions.

• Maintain daily recruitment reports and candidate records.

• Build relationships with vendors and local manpower sources. (LinkedIn)

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong sourcing and networking abilities.

• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

• Basic knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes.
