Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive Field HR Recruiter to join the team at CityMall. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment cycle with a focus on high-volume field hiring. Your goal is to identify, screen, and onboard top talent to support our growing e-commerce operations.
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing & Scouting: Identify potential candidates through various channels, including online job portals, social media, and on-ground networking.
Screening: Review resumes and conduct initial phone/field screenings to assess qualifications, skills (like talent acquisition/sourcing), and cultural fit.
Interviewing: Schedule and conduct interviews, evaluating candidates based on CityMall's specific workforce requirements.
Documentation & Compliance: Perform background checks and collect essential documents (Aadhar, PAN, Bank details).
Hiring Collaboration: Partner with managers to identify future staffing needs and update job ads accordingly.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: 0–1 year of experience in recruitment or HR administration (freshers are often welcome).
Education: Minimum 10th or 12th Pass (based on specific location requirements).
Skills: Strong communication (local language and basic English), sourcing skills, and proficiency in MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
Logistics: Willingness to travel to various field locations and work from the office as needed (e.g., Sector 62 or 68, Gurugram).
Compensation & Work Details
Salary: Typically ranges between ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Fixed pay setup).
Benefits: Additional perks like PF and Medical Benefits may be included.
Schedule: Generally 6 days a week (Monday–Saturday), 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
