Field Recruiter – Swiggy Instamart (Rider Hiring)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

🔥Recruit delivery partners (riders) for Swiggy Instamart.

👨‍💼Source candidates through field visits, referrals, local markets, colleges, and job fairs.

👨‍💼Explain job roles, earnings, and benefits to candidates.

🏍️🏍️ Verify documents (Aadhaar, PAN, Driving Licence, RC, etc.).

🤘Complete rider onboarding and ID creation.

🤘Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth joining.

🤘Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.

🤘Maintain recruitment records and submit daily reports.

🤘Eligibility

10th, 12th, or any graduate.

🤘0–1 years of experience (field recruitment, field sales, or delivery hiring preferred).

🎓 Good communication and convincing skills.

📖 Knowledge of the local area and local language.

🏍️🏍️🏍️ Own two-wheeler and smartphone (usually mandatory).

📍Comfortable with extensive field work.
