Job Title: Field Recruiter

Location: Mumbai / Field Based (Candidates preferred location)

Job Description:

We are hiring a Field Recruiter for on-ground hiring activities. Candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, visiting locations, conducting interviews, coordinating with candidates, and handling field recruitment operations.

Responsibilities:

• Candidate sourcing and line-up

• Field visits and recruitment activities

• Interview coordination and follow-ups

• Daily reporting and hiring updates

• Maintaining candidate database

Requirements:

• Good communication skills

• Must be comfortable with field work

• Basic recruitment knowledge preferred

• Smartphone mandatory

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹25,000

• Travel Allowance: ₹2,500

• Mobile Recharge: ₹600
