Job Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in field recruitment, preferably in bulk hiring.

• Hands-on experience hiring for manufacturing industry profiles such as:

  • Supervisors

  • Technicians

  • Operators and other shop-floor/manufacturing roles

• Strong knowledge of local candidate sourcing and field recruitment activities.

• Two-wheeler/Bike and valid Driving Licence (DL) are mandatory.

• Tamil and Kannada language proficiency is mandatory.

• Must be willing to travel locally for candidate sourcing and recruitment drives.

• Immediate joiners only.

• Male candidates only.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through field visits, local networks, referrals, job portals and other recruitment channels.

• Handle bulk hiring for manufacturing positions.

• Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews.

• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

• Coordinate with clients/hiring teams to close open positions within timelines.

• Conduct local recruitment drives and support joining formalities.

• Achieve daily/weekly recruitment targets.

Preferred Candidate

A candidate with strong field recruitment experience in Hosur/manufacturing hiring, good local connectivity, and the ability to mobilize candidates quickly.
