We are seeking a dynamic and experienced recruiter to lead talent acquisition efforts for our metal and power verticals or Bulk hiring.

Key Responsibilities

Ø Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs across metallurgy, manufacturing, and power generation units.

Ø Develop and execute sourcing strategies for niche roles like metallurgists, power system engineers, plant managers, and safety officers.

Ø Post job openings on relevant platforms including industrial job boards, LinkedIn, and engineering forums.

Ø Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.

Ø Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and facilitate feedback loops.

Ø Maintain candidate pipelines for high-demand roles and future workforce planning.

Ø Represent the company at job fairs, technical colleges, and industry events.

Ø Prepare recruitment reports and analytics for leadership review.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Ø bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Engineering, or related field.

Ø 5–8 years of recruitment experience, preferably in industrial or energy sectors or Bulk hiring’s.

Ø Familiarity with roles in metal production (e.g., smelting, forging, CNC operations) and power (e.g., transmission, renewable energy, grid operations).

Ø Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ø Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools.

Preferred Qualifications

Ø MBA in HR or equivalent.

Ø Prior experience recruiting for large-scale manufacturing plants or energy utilities or Bulk hiring in any.
