Position: Field Recruiter.
📍 Location: Field-based (as per hiring requirements).
💼 Experience: Freshers / Experienced.
💰 Salary: ₹18,000 per month + performance-based incentives.

Shift Details:

⏰ Shift Duration: 9 hours (Straight shift)
🗓️ Working Days: 6 days per week
• First 3 months: 6 working days.
• Post confirmation: Alternate Saturdays off.
🗓️ Weekly Off: Rotational.

Role Overview:

CARE 24 is looking for energetic and self-driven Field Recruiters to support blue-collar hiring for the healthcare sector. The role involves extensive fieldwork, candidate mobilization, and coordination with external partners to meet hiring targets. This position is suitable for candidates who enjoy on-ground recruitment and people interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

🚶‍♂️ Work in the field to source and mobilize blue-collar candidates from various locations.
🤝 Build and maintain relationships with NGOs, GDA centers, training institutes, and community groups.
🎪 Organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment drives.
🏥 Hire candidates for the healthcare industry as per company requirements.
🔍 Generate candidate leads through multiple sourcing portals.
📅 Schedule and coordinate interviews at the CARE24 office.
📝 Ensure proper documentation and smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
🎯 Meet hiring targets within defined timelines.

✔ Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
✔ Basic computer knowledge.

Eligibility:

🎓 Any graduate or equivalent qualification.
💼 Freshers with willingness to work in field recruitment are welcome.
💼 Experience in blue-collar or field hiring will be an added advantage.
