Urgently Hiring – Field Recruiter (FMCG)

Location: Kerala

Experience Required: 1 – 2 Years

Salary: ₹35,000 Take Home

Job Role:

• Handling FMCG field hiring activities

• Sourcing and screening candidates

• Coordinating interviews and onboarding process

• Managing field recruitment requirements across locations

• Maintaining recruitment trackers and reports

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in FMCG recruitment

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Ability to handle bulk/field hiring
