Designation– Recruitment Executive/ Field Recruiter

Company: 2Coms Consulting Pvt Ltd
Job Location: Gajanan colony, Ahilyanagar

Key Responsibilities

Source and engage candidates through field activities and online platforms.
Connect with various colleges and institutes, and arrange and attend campus drives.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate with the HR team.
Advertise job openings through field activities (pamphlet distribution at prime locations), job portals, and social media platforms.
Shortlist candidates, coordinate with clients, and ensure candidate joinings.
Call existing databases and collect references of interested candidates.
Achieve monthly joining targets.

Eligibility:

Minimum qualification: Graduate/ Undergraduate with at least 6month-3 year of experience in the same field.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

MS Excel knowledge is a must.

Candidate must own a bike and laptop/ Pesonal computer
