Facility Incharge

We are looking for a responsible and highly active Hospital Supervisor / Facility Incharge who can manage day-to-day hospital operations, staff coordination, infrastructure maintenance, patient experience, cleanliness, discipline, and smooth functioning of all departments. The person should ensure hospital operations run efficiently 24x7 with proper coordination between clinical and non-clinical teams.

Key responsibilities:

Hospital Operations

• Smooth Functioning: Manages daily OPD, IPD, ICU, OT, and support services.

• Patient Flow: Resolves operational issues instantly to minimize waiting times.

Facility & Infrastructure

• System Maintenance: Supervise power, AC, plumbing, CCTV, and fire safety.

• Vendor Coordination: Manage external repairs and maintain asset functionality.

• Hygiene Control: Monitor cleanliness across all hospital premises.

Staff Supervision

• Daily Management: Track attendance, grooming, discipline, and duty rosters.

• SOP Compliance: Ensure team protocols and coordinate HR manpower needs.

Patient Experience

• Service Quality: Guide patients and resolve complaints professionally.

Compliance & Inventory

• Standard Audits: Maintain NABH compliance, incident records, and safety protocols.

• Stock Monitoring: Oversee vendor contracts, consumables, and operational procurement.

Emergency Handling

• Crisis Response: Manage breakdowns, power failures, and cross-department emergency coordination.

Eligibility

• Graduate / Diploma in Hospital Administration or relevant field preferred • Experience in hospital operations, facility management, or administration preferred • Good leadership and coordination skills • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, HMS preferred) • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
