Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the MD.
• Maintain proactive and excellent follow-ups with internal teams, clients, vendors, and
stakeholders.
• Draft, review, and manage emails, letters, reports, MIS, and presentations for the MD.
• Manage the MD’s calendar, meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements.
• Ensure daily review updates from sales, HR, operations, and other departments as instructed.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
• Monitor deadlines, pending works, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Coordinate with recruitment and HR teams to ensure smooth manpower planning and joining
processes.
• Assist the MD with personal tasks and responsibilities, ensuring efficiency in both professional
and personal domains.
• Maintain effective communication across departments and act as the bridge between MD and
employees.
Qualifications & Skills
• Educational Qualification: MBA in Finance (IIM or reputed B-school candidates preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to senior leadership.
• Excellent communication skills – written & verbal (English & Hindi).
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities with sharp attention to detail.
• Ability to follow-up relentlessly and drive accountability in others.
• Soft-spoken, polite, and professional demeanor.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital communication tools.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and trustworthiness.
