POSITION SUMMARY
The Manager – HR Compliance & Administration is responsible for ensuring 100% compliance with all statutory and labor laws applicable to the organization. The role oversees end-to-end HR compliance, audits, and factory administration for the repair and refurbish business. This position drives governance, statutory adherence, and smooth execution of all HR administrative and facility management operations at the Noida plant.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure compliance with all labor laws including ESI, EPF, Gratuity, Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Wages Act, Bonus Act, Maternity Benefits, and Contract Labour Act.
Oversee preparation, maintenance, and timely submission of statutory registers, returns, and inspection documentation (PF, ESIC, Factory Act, etc.).
Liaise with government authorities and external agencies for inspections, audits, and compliance reports.
Lead payroll coordination by ensuring accurate attendance, leave, and wage data in collaboration with payroll teams or vendors.
Manage factory administration including facilities, housekeeping, pantry, pest control, and vendor contracts (AMC, utilities, uniforms, stationery, etc.).
Supervise security operations to ensure access control, visitor management, and workplace safety standards.
Drive HR operational excellence through onboarding, documentation, and employee record management in alignment with corporate HR policies.
Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, IT, and Operations to support administrative and compliance needs.
Conduct periodic audits and reviews to ensure continuous improvement and mitigation of compliance risks.
Maintain and update compliance registers monthly – Maternity, Accident, Equal Remuneration, PF & ESIC Inspection, Advance, and Fine Registers.
Support HR policy implementation, internal audits, and periodic MIS reporting to senior management.

ESSENTIAL
DESIRABLE
Graduate / MBA (HR or Finance)
Additional certification in Labor Law / Statutory Compliance
6–8 years of experience in HR compliance and factory administration
Exposure to multi-location operations
Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory filings, and audit processes
Experience in managing external audits and vendor governance
Excellent coordination, communication, and negotiation skills
Proficiency in SAP HR / Payroll or similar systems
Ethical, process-oriented, and proactive with a problem-solving approach
Strong reporting and analytical capabilities using MS Office tools
