Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant with a background in Civil Engineering to support daily operations, documentation, and coordination tasks. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical understanding along with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain project-related documentation and records

• Assist in preparing technical reports, presentations, and project files

• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders

• Handle scheduling, meetings, and follow-ups on project updates

• Support senior management in administrative and executive tasks

• Ensure accuracy and compliance in all documentation processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

• Basic understanding of civil engineering concepts and documentation

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Good organizational and multitasking abilities

• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
