We are looking for a high-calibre female professional to support leadership in a dual strategic role combining HR Execution and Executive Assistance.

This position involves working closely with a Six Sigma Master Black Belt, contributing to structured decision-making, process discipline, and high-accountability operations.

💼 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

End-to-end HR hiring & recruitment, with preference for BPO hiring

Direct coordination with CXO leadership
Managing meetings, calendars, schedules, and executive follow-ups

Participating in business meetings and work catch-ups (travel involved)

Maintaining structured documentation, reporting & task tracking

Ensuring execution excellence across people & operations.

🎯 IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

✔ Female candidates only
✔ 1–3 years of HR experience (BPO hiring preferred)
✔ Strong communication & professional presence
✔ Comfortable with travel and in-person meetings

💰 COMPENSATION

💸 Salary up to ₹25,000/month (aligned to capability & experience)
