Manage and maintain executive calendars, appointments, and meetings
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas and minutes
Handle emails, calls, correspondence, and follow-ups on behalf of the executive
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required
Arrange travel plans, accommodation, and itineraries
Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
Maintain confidential records and sensitive information
Support management in planning, organizing, and executing tasks
Track deadlines, priorities, and ensure timely completion of assignments
Assist with office coordination and administrative tasks when required
