Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the executive.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information.
Liaise with internal staff at all levels and external stakeholder.
Organize company events or executive offsites as needed.
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant tools.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
