Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and coordinating the hiring process. They should have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source potential candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.

• Screen resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates.

• Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback.

• Manage job postings and ensure they are updated across all platforms.

• Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.

• Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates for future hiring needs.

• Collaborate with the HR team to improve recruitment strategies and employer branding.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws during the hiring process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role.

• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in using job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools.

• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
