The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and business support to the Director, managing schedules, coordination, communication, and confidential information with complete discretion.
Manage Director’s calendar, meetings, travel, and correspondence
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors on behalf of the Director
Draft professional emails, reports, presentations, and documents
Track follow-ups, approvals, and priority tasks
Support business meetings, events, and outstation assignments when required
Maintain strict confidentiality of company and client information
Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace
Flexible with working hours based on business needs
Willing to travel outstation as and when required
High level of professionalism and discretion
Travel, MICE, or corporate services experience preferred
