Maintain meeting schedules and reminders
Track pending tasks and follow-ups
Assist in operational coordination
2. Communication Management
Handle emails and professional communication
Coordinate with clients, vendors, colleges, and team members
Maintain WhatsApp communication professionally
Draft professional emails and reports
3. Reporting & MIS
Prepare daily MIS reports
Maintain trackers and dashboards
Update Google Sheets/Excel records
Track department-wise pending tasks
4. Task & Follow-up Management
Ensure task completion from departments
Follow up with internal teams
Maintain escalation tracker
Monitor deadlines and timelines
5. HR & Recruitment Support
Coordinate interviews and hiring schedules
Maintain candidate database
Coordinate with colleges and placement cells
Support onboarding documentation
6. CRM & Data Management
Maintain organized records
Update CRM systems
Track lead/customer status if required
Maintain confidentiality of company data
