We are looking for a proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling confidential information, and ensuring smooth day-to-day executive operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior management.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes of meetings (MoM).
Draft, review, and manage emails, presentations, reports, and other business documents.
Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Track follow-ups, deadlines, and action items to ensure timely completion.
Handle confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
Coordinate events, client meetings, and business visits.
Maintain records, documents, and filing systems.
Assist in preparing MIS reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
Support leadership with research, data collection, and administrative tasks.
Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
1–4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in an Administrative role.
Freshers with exceptional communication and organizational skills may also be considered.
